2. How long does it take to receive my order?

The standard receiving time for your order is the tailoring time (around 12-15 calendar days) plus the shipping time (around 3-8 calendar days). Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have partnered with reputable shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable international delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at service@singkarak.com to initiate a return. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.
